Central to Chantal’s New Scandinavian Collection is the 1.4 qt Sven teakettle. Clean lines and natural wood help create a design that is distinctly Northern European. The blond wood handle and knob are made of 100% natural Rubberwood, a tropical tree that grows in the warm climate of Asia. The wood stays cool to the touch when boiling water and the light color beautifully accents the enamel finish of the teakettle’s body. Perfect for all cooktops, including magnetic induction.

I purchased the gray version of this tea kettle over five years ago. I was hesitant about spending so much on a tea kettle, but it’s attractive, has a significant whistle and does the job. There’s a little bit of staining on the bottom, but other than that, it looks like it the day I received it.. Mary. Medford, OR. Tue May 19 2026

This Classic teakettle rocketed to popularity when introduced 30 years ago. The accolades continue for this timeless Chantal original, sure to remain a design icon and home favorite for the foreseeable future. This kettle is part of Chantal’s Classic series which includes the finest teakettles from this collection. Each design offers incomparable elegance and is designed for exceptional use. Featuring our exclusive two-tone harmonica whistle, this kettle doesn’t just whistle – it sings! The smooth, flat base creates maximum contact for rapid boiling, and the extra-large opening allows for easy cleaning.

I love this tea kettle. The whistle is loud, but very pretty. I do not care for the sharp whistles of other kettles and this is the only one I have found that is both loud and pleasant to the ears. It is easy to fill and clean, doesn't drip, and looks great.. Elizabeth. Los Angeles, CA. Wed Apr 15 2026

This stovetop tea kettle is an exclusive design to the company that features matte black enamel on steel, a rubberwood handle, and stainless steel accents.

This tea kettle has been perfect for me. It looks great in my white kitchen, but more importantly, it functions beautifully. I've been using it several times a day since I received it (about a month ago), and I have seen none of the issues that other reviewers have observed. The inside has not rusted, chipped or degraded in any way. This was of the utmost importance to me, because I don't like the idea of consuming toxins from cookware. I had previously purchased a kettle from Turkey (on Etsy), and in less than 1 week the interior started pitting - and I have no idea what the metal that was touching the water consisted of. In contrast, this Chantal kettle has maintained its integrity, it whistles loudly, and the lid fits just fine - not too small, not too large. I don't even use a potholder with it: when the whistling starts I take the kettle off the burner, leave on the lid, flip up the spout & pour. Once the cup(s) is/are filled, I empty the pot in the sink through the spout (keeping the lid on). There is no burning water anywhere (except in the sink). The final step is to simply remove the cap & let everything air dry on the stove. This is a great functional kettle & I am very happy with this purchase!. Carol. Sat Apr 01 2023

Introducing Chantal’s newest Electric Kettle!  The Vincent temperature-control electric Kettle with stainless steel interior is safe, fast and easy to use.  Intuitive digital temperature controls are built right into the stay-cool handle for ease of access and use.  The control pad allows you to select the temperature you want to reach (with a default of boiling) by adjusting with 5 degree increments.  If you’re a tea aficionado you may only want to bring your water to 175 degrees for your favorite green tea, or 195 degrees for Oolong.   Our kettle lets you know when it has reached your selected temperature with 2 beeps.  You can keep the water at your desired temperature, with the Keep Warm feature, for up to an hour before the kettle automatically shuts off (Keep Warm range is 100-195 degrees)  The BPA-free window allows you to see how much water is left in the kettle, without having to look inside, and designates max and min water levels.  Remove the kettle from the detachable base and carry anywhere free from a cord. Easily return to the corded base at any angle.  1.75 quart capacity (7 cups). Powerful 1500 Watts.  Automatic Shut-off and Boil-Dry protection. Chantal. Performs. Beautifully.
