Very pleased with this 10” Chantal frying pan. Heavy weight without being heavy, easy to grip long handle with indentation for your thumb to assist in flipping contents easily. It features Heavy-gauge Tri-ply body construction and fits on most sync burner cooktops. It has convenient offset handles and an easy-to-use pouring spout. This durable pan provides even heat distribution and precise temperature control with easy release of food and convenient cleanup. It's also perfect for all cooking tops, including magnetic induction.

I set the heat much lower than normal on my glass-top range (between low and medium) and after about 5 minutes of preheating the griddle was ready to go. The griddle cooks beautifully. My first test was pancakes: I wiped the hot griddle with oil on a paper towel and had no problems flipping even after a couple of batches. For cleaning, while the griddle was still warm (not hot), I pushed a paper towel around the griddle with the spatula to pick up excess oil and residue then went over the surface again with a wet non-scratch Scotch-Brite pad with a drop a soap and rinsed. The instructions advise you can use a metal cleaner to restore the original luster. I've used this griddle 3 times and really like it. I love my new sauce pan! I really took the time to study on-line the different sauce pans. Love, love, love this cookware! This is by far the best cookware set I have ever purchased. Everything cooks evenly and does not stick. The only downside is that these pots and pans are much heavier than the average cookware so lifting to drain liquid or flip food is a little difficult but so worth it.. Marianne. Lafayette, IN.
