I ordered the 11" pan in gray and was surprised when the box showed an ivory pan. The correct one was inside though. Attaching the handle was super easy -- just press the button, slide into the side of the pan, and release the button. The handle feels secure and looks like a really pretty woodgrain but is totally metal. Detaching it for storage is just as easy. Most importantly, the non-stick feature works wonderfully -- no cooking spray needed! I made an omelette with veggies and cheese, and it was so nice to not have to deal with food sticking to the pan. Per the instructions, I made sure to use a rubber spatula (and not metal utensils). Washing with a soft sponge and dishwashing liquid was a breeze too. This pan will be my go-to from now on!. Linda. This is excellent and nearly perfect for what I need it to do. Before you read on, you can just stop right here if you are not expecting to use it like a woke. Here's why this is now my workhorse in the kitchen. 1. in the new apartment, I no longer have a high powered gas stove, a traditional wok is not useless. This thing is almost as light as a hand hammered iron wok. 2. it's thin enough that heats up fast to stir fry 3. it does not retain heat nearly as much as my hexclad...which is key to woking.....heats up fast and cools down fast 4. it has more raised steel parts than hexclad, it provide better, faster heating, and frankly better flavor (yes, it will stick much more....but this is a wok, if you are sticking with a wok, you are probably not using it right) 5. it comes with a very nice lid with I use may be 20% of the time. Had my eye on these pans from Wayfair forever. Finally decided to give them a try. Did I need three? Absolutely! Rivetless interior to prevent snags and food buildup. Just wipe it with a paper towel or rinse it with water. I had these for a while now and there are no scratches and food heats up well. My husband wants me to get more. The color is pretty too. These were alright. They look really nice and cook fine, but because they're light, they stained quickly. Also, I don't understand why this happened, but the bottom of all pots and pans in this set leave black residue on everything.
