I attempted to make beef jerky but I’m sad to say I over-seasoned it a bit so I won’t post it, but practice makes perfect. It’s super easy to adjust the temperature level and adjust it to get that just right cook and tenderness you want. Cleaning it after is pretty simple and there’s a lot of space in there so you don’t need to worry about nooks and crannies. I’m pretty happy with this so far. It came with a recipe book and I made something from it. I made 3 flavors of their bacon jerky. On the 12 trays, I could fit about 3.5 lbs because you need one tray to catch drippings. I did three flavors and I didn’t want them to mix so I had to use three shelves s drip trays.
