Steakhouse quality steaks are just minutes away from the Gemelli gourmet steak grille. It features an infrared superheating element that reaches 1560ºF in just 5 minutes! And, instead of convection cooking which can dry out your steak, the infrared heating sears and caramelizes the steak while keeping the inside juicy. This is called the Maillard effect and is what steakhouses have been using for years! Need another reason to love the Gemelli gourmet steak grille? Its single-dial sets both the temperature and time. The included manual features a helpful guide of cooking times and temps for common foods along with 11 exclusive Gemelli recipes. The Gemelli gourmet steak grille is designed to be used indoors and requires no propane. The unit is completely electric powered and features a cool-touch exterior. The exterior housing will not heat up during use and the unit is safe to use on all counter surfaces. From perfectly seared steaks and broiled fish to delicious veggies, the Gemelli gourmet steak grille is the perfect option for anyone with a passion for food!

It is NOT SMOKELESS! This thing smokes BIG TIME! I need to put this on my stove under the vent on HIGH or my house would be FILLED WITH SMOKE! Doesn’t get a restaurant quality sear by any means BUT it does cook a steak in about 6-8 min with only about 5 min in preheat time and it is faster and easier than turning on the grill and that mess and much faster than the stove oven and heating the whole house. SO if your short on time and don’t want a mess or a hot house and you have a vent this is for you. Do NOT buy this if you don’t have a vent! ( VENT NEEDS TO BE VENTED OUT OF THE HOUSE NOT THE CHEAP VENTS THAT ARENT VENTED OUTSIDE). Robert. Bellmore, NY. Mon Oct 10 2022

There’s nothing better than a 2-in-1, especially when space and time are limited in the kitchen. With the Proctor Silex® Panini Press & Compact Grill, you will easily make a variety of hot pressed sandwiches, from grilled cheese and classic Reuben sandwiches to paninis and Mexican tortas. The sandwich maker doubles as a grill that's great for cooking burgers, chicken tenders and vegetables to perfection, without taking up a lot of space. Great for lunch, quick snacks or grilling foods for dinner. The 70" square cooking surface accommodates either 2 thick sandwiches or 1 long sandwich. The floating lid evenly presses food, so you can pile sandwiches high and they'll still cook evenly on both sides. The durable, PFAS-free nonstick ceramic plates are simple to wipe clean after cooking. The slide-out drip tray keeps mess off the countertop and goes into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. A lid latch keeps the sandwich maker shut between uses and makes it easy to store either flat or upright. It is simple to use with power and preheat lights to let you know when it's on and when it's time to start cooking. Backed by a 3 year limited warranty.

With the Hamilton Beach® Panini Press & Gourmet Sandwich Maker, enjoy restaurant-style sandwiches at home for a fraction of the cost. Use your own fresh ingredients to make a variety of hot savory sandwiches, paninis, quesadillas, personal pizzas, open-face sandwiches and appetizers right on your countertop. The 10" x 8" nonstick top and bottom grill plates are large enough to fit one large sandwich, two regular-sized sandwiches or two quesadillas. Since both plates are heated, there's no need to flip sandwiches to cook on both sides. The plates are ribbed to leave grill marks on your sandwiches and other foods just like in restaurants. The floating top plate makes it easy to evenly grill thicker sandwiches like Reubens. Lock the cover in place above food to melt cheese on open-face sandwiches or lock completely open to reheat pizza or make bruschetta. This sandwich maker is easy to use with a built-in, green ready light that illuminates when it is hot enough to grill. Just wipe the PFAS-free ceramic nonstick top and bottom plates when cool for easy cleanup. The storage latch locks the sandwich maker closed for compact store upright storage in a cabinet, drawer or on your countertop.

Bought it for my 21 year old son who got his first apartment on his own. He uses it constantly. It's been great!. Mega. Brookline, MA. Thu Oct 02 2025
