Microwave Steam Cooker made of 100% Platinum Silicone, for quick and easy cooking of vegetables and fish in just minutes. Includes timing conversion charts, cooking instructions and recipes.Ideal for 1-2 servings.

I am shocked and delighted!! I had no idea what to expect, but I made dinner in my Lekue Steam Cooker. I sliced a potatoe, added olive oil and seasoning and a splash of water. Then I precooked it for 4 minutes. Then I placed a 4 oz frozen salmon fillet on top of the potatoes. Seasoned it and put it back in the microwave for 4 minutes. I checked it at 2.5 minutes and it was already done. Salmon was cooked perfectly...moist, full of flavor and literally falling apart. The potatoes were beautifully cooked as well. I am so excited...this method was better (and faster) than my air fryer!!. Robin. Buffalo, New York. Thu Aug 21 2025

Perfect for use when frying bacon or sausage at breakfast or searing steaks for dinner. When all the right people and ingredients, kitchen tools, and food come together, we call this the art of gathering.

I am the BIGGEST fan collector of almost every type of kitchen gadgetgadgets, Ranging in size from extra small not to exceed in medium size. While the “Splatter Screen” has been in existence for some time, never have I purchased nor owned one for myself, until recently. This particular kitchen item (in my opinion) should be utilized in every home. Especially if cooking on a top burner of the stove where a lot of grease splatter occurs creates a larger mess that in turn requires extra cleaning. BUT, If the splatter screen is used as a cover……. then the clean up becomes so much easier. So everyone should consider asking Santa for a Splatter Screen (in various sizes) for their X-Mas gift.. When something works, why would you want to try something else? For over 5,000 years, bamboo steamer baskets like these have been core to Chinese cuisine. And why do chefs continue to use them? Because when dumplings emerge they are perfectly plump. When used for veggies, their stalks are toothsome, not limp. Plus, bamboo steamer baskets make a more healthful option for prepping fish dishes. And with this steamer’s generous size and three tiers, you’ll make a dim sum for days.
