This is very nice for frying food

First off, I want to say THANK YOU. This fryer has taken me back in time to ( 1970 thru 1990). We had a 112 acre garden and 20 rows of potatoes. Dad and Mom, then 8 children, that is a lot of mouths to feed. We children would follow Dad up the rows of potatoes, putting them in our baskets. Mon would then have the older girls peel potatoes and make french fries out of them. Mom had a french fryer like the one I purchased from you. My Moms did not have a lid. Then, 2 days ago, I had the best french fries that I have had in years. I should have listened to her years ago. The taste was out of this world, and all these years that I have not eaten french fries. I feel a little sad that I forgot to take pictures. I was truly in heaven eating my moms french fries and having the Trimonium deep fryer. I gave the Trimonium deep fryer 5 stars I love this product and will recommend them to my family and friends. I only have 1 comment to make about this product, and that is a can a smaller size be made I am 63 years old, and it is almost too heavy for me now, but no, I will be keeping this product. This is a beautiful and useful set. It is very practical as each piece can be used separately and is not a dedicated deep fryer.
