Whitecap Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product when used in a normal manner. The exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty shall be the repair or replacement of the product, at the option of Whitecap Industries Inc. without charge. This Limited Warranty does not apply to cases of damage to the products by accident, abuse, mishandling or unauthorized repair nor for consequential damages or inconvenience.
