Pass on this one. Pretty easy to setup and use but it absolutely doesn’t brew a good cup of coffee. It also doesn’t brew even 6.5 oz cup of coffee. I had to press for two cups to get a decent amount. The milk frother works well enough but that didn’t make up for the very weak coffee. Sending it back after four days of trying everything to make it better.

Love, Love, Love this latte machine. It is so easy to use and makes a great latte. We use it everyday to make espresso. So easy to clean and maintain compared to a traditional espresso machine.

First of all, why not include a manual, all I go was a fold out paper with numbers and pictures. Going online to look for answers is a waste of time. Major issues with machine is the frothing, it does not froth, steamed milk with air bubbles. Cappuccino, even when I set it for the largest cup, it gives you a few sips. Only thing that works is it does make a good cup of coffee. Wayfair reached out to Phillips but no answers. Online you ask questions and receive no answers. They bring up a message and tell you to give them $5 which they say is fully refundable and fill out form to receive answers. Will never buy any Phillips product. Wayfair, I highly recommend, any problems with products or returns are easy when dealing with them.
