HENCKELS Graphite 20-Piece Self-Sharpening Knife Set with Block, Chef Knife, Paring Knife, Utility Knife, Bread Knife, Steak Knife, Brown

Knives are super sharp, block is very heavy and made great. I love these knives but after moderate use, the handles are starting to peel and flake. They continue to hold a nice sharp edge. Reaching out to customer support to figure out a resolution to the handle problem.

Thought these would be my forever knives but the coating on the handles started to wear off immediate leaving them looking beat. Disconcerting as I don’t know what that substance is and whether it’s getting in my food. (

I love the knife set but I when I ran the knives through the dishwasher there is some weird staining. I do not think Henckels is using the same material as in prior years. I have never had this happen with my older set.

Love my Henckels self sharpening knife set! Normally high priced but received a great deal on Wayfair.

Blades are rusting; finish coming off handles; and the grip is slippery.

This is a great set of knives. It was a wedding present for us 3 years ago and it’s stood the test of time. I recommend following manufacturer washing instructions to avoid rust hand wash and dry immediately.

The knives are nice and sharp but are somehow rusting already!!
