Hamilton Beach® Professional Variable Speed Hand Blender

When this was delivered, it was in the Hamilton Beach box. Everyone saw what it was. I think it should have been wrapped, or put in another nondescript box. Other than that, all good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is really amazing! Worth every dollar. I love how solid it is - really made out of quality material. I also like the variable speed. The display on top is very helpful - easy to get used to pressing the button with different pressures to control the speed. Thirdly, I like the quality of the whisk. It's flexible enough to do a good job mixing but also very sturdy.

Its design is very nice and premium quality. I liked the power button, it's like a car accelerator, as you press it is the speed it takes, it's great. It reaches a very good speed and grinds food very well, leaving them pureed when desired. The only thing that I could say negatively is that it is somewhat heavy, I would have liked something lighter. But in itself I liked the product. Thanks!

I was surprised at how quick it does the job and it was very quiet. Great for making a pot of tomato sauce or broccoli soup but our favorite was making quick milkshakes right in the glass, no large appliance to clean! Speaking of that, super easy to clean and it’s easy to store too!

I love that it is easy to put together and that the wisk part can be washed in the top rack of the dishwasher. It defentily takes out the lumps in batter and mixes well. I love that its small and fits in the drawer well. I would recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always used a larger hand held mixer for simple tasks, this makes everything so much easier. It's compact in size, very powerful and so convenient in size that it's easy to have on hand and use often. This hand blender is so convenient that I'm using it on everyday things like smoothies, eggs, cake/brownie mixes and now I'm making great homemade salad dressings. It's relatively light in weight and fits easily in the hand, and very easily manueverable. I love the variable speed control which is digital and easy to see right at the top of the unit-you can start very slow so as not to cause any splashing and easily with the same hand increase speed by just pressing. Being able to mix/stir/blend things in their own bowl/jar or pan makes things quick, easy and efficient. Best part is there is almost no cleanup....just rinse the blade or whisk insert and you are done. No bowls to clean. Highly recommend this product, it's something you can use almost every day.

I was able to successful make a quick crepe batter and blender hollandaise sauce. The unit is powerful enough for my needs (slightly heavy) and easy to use with the ergonomic trigger design. Not designed for deep stock pots but was great for pureeing in 4Qt soup/pasta pot.
