We got this rice cooker in May last year. It worked great at first. After 6 month the turn knob on top was getting harder and harder to turn. Now it is almost impossible. We called Wayfair and they could not help because it is outside of the warranty. This is my 2nd Cuckoo But it will be my last.

We love our rice cooker. Its easy to use despite looking complicated at first. Its a plus having the language opens. It reminds me of living in korea and all of our appliances speaking korean. Th he rice is delicious. We still need to try the many settings.

When making fried rice for lunchboxes, using the soft bag rice option makes the rice turn out really well, allowing you to cook dishes that taste like restaurant-quality rice. Despite its small and cute appearance, it cooks rice very well and is also easy to clean. The design is clean and pretty. I highly recommend this rice cooker.
