Great machine, except that no matter how many times I complete the decalcifying step, the lights never stop flashing. It appears this is an issue across the board with this model?

This espresso machine sleek and modern, its easy to use. The only reason im giving it 3 stars is because water leas from the resevoire and nearly ruined my teakwood butcherblock

My daughter said this was the best Christmas gift ever! Loves having her coffee now in the morning and all day!

This was the worst purchase I’ve made with Wayfair. It was a used item, just placed in a box with a few pieces of brown paper. The housing was cracked, dented and dirty. I didn’t even bother to try to see if it worked. I packed the glass carafe in bubble wrap because I didn’t want to be dinged if it was damaged upon return. I will say the return process was easy though I don’t think I should have to pay to ship a damaged item back to Wayfair

This machine was priced just right. It makes a very creamy espresso and the steamer/frother does an excellent job. I took off one star for the instructions, as the illustrations were not 100% clear (too dark and the filter badketand not placed on the same page as the related instruction.

I love it!! So easy to use. Very durable.
