I love the room it is such a nice addition to the house for an amazing price. We originally set this up when we lived in a row home on the deck and it really made the house feel so much bigger. We were able to leave the deck door open. The way the sun hit the house we were able to use the room in winter too :) We did have leaks which was stressful but we ended up figuring out to use backer rod and some caulk which made a huge difference. Also you have to have the windows closed in the right position. We still had some leaks but we could live with it. We also put down extra LVP flooring after these photos were taken and a rug which made the room feel even nicer. We moved to a single home and I took the room with me we just love it that much. I hope they figure out the issue for the roof for people who are not that handy but it is such a nice room we really enjoy it. It's worth it to make off the areas where you have a leak and hire someone to fix them for you. The room is very well made and will last for years.

Had an issue with shipping but the manufacturer worked it out for me and got the missing parts sent to me. Customer support was great.

Poorly done leaks constantly installed over my deck with hard wood floors what a waste of time labor and most important MONEY!

I'm impressed with how well the delivery went and how everything was well packaged. Super friendly delivery people, no damage, everything went well. I won't have my patio until November so I can't review the building at this time but I'm looking forward to getting it put together!

Went up in a day. Hubby and friend said it was easy to do! Love it. Gives us a nice back porch for most of the year. Cats can watch the birds, I can rock in my rocker and cool breeze comes in through screens!

If you know how to build things and are super handy, go for it. GazeboPenguin’s customer service is nice and gets right back to you with assistance. The included instructions are very close to useless in most parts. I would recommend emailing them for the more detailed slightly less confusing video instructions. A lot of pieces were mislabeled and missing drill holes. The structure itself seems sturdy and nice enough which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. However, after building it halfway, if I could’ve taken it apart, I would have. And returned it. Massive headache. Would never buy another lol

We are very pleased with our Gazebo! It’s well-built and attractive. Our contractor told us that he couldn’t possibly build as nice a room for the same price! We love that the gazebo can function as a sun room and a screened-in porch. Thank you!

Had a few problems getting it up, a few parts missing. Company tried their best to get them to me fairly fast ( wayfair said that they would expatiate overnight. Not true) ended up taking 2 weeks. Not penguin fault. FedEx fault. Door panels are backwards, strange. And a couple roof panels were drilled on the wrong side. A bit harder to put up than expected, but got it up abd i love the extra room it gives me
