I have an old cast iron calphalon baking pan. THey don't make it anymore and I needed one for our second home. I never heard of this brand but gave it a try. It is a beautiful baking pan. Love the handles on the side. I wanted the dark blue but out of stock. Ordered the orange. It is orange with a touch of red around the base. This is a QUALITY product. It is HEAVY. Thoroughly dry your cast iron and then using a paper towel, apply a light layer of oil around the entire surface of the pan. The pan should be smooth with no oil residue. Place the oiled pan on a burner set to high heat. Once the oil is lightly smoking, turn off the heat and allow the pan to cool.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Napoleon sent me this item to test. I was using the chicken roaster in the first image and it was ok but it was not very sturdy on the grill. Also, there was only one beer can size that fitted in. With that holder the fat of the chicken fell on the grill during cooking and you had to watch that the chicken doesn't catch fire. The Napoleon roaster is sturdy because of the roasting pan and you can spin it around easily to cook the chicken evenly. The fat drips in the roasting pan and not on the fire so the chicken can be cooked on direct or indirect heat. It is also very easy to clean. You can fill the central container with wathever liquid you want which is a nice feature. I will always use it in the future and I'll try roasting vegetables at the same time on the pan.. Er25. Nice for sheet pan roasted meals. Haven’t used it yet, but I have complete confidence it will be as good as all my other Lloydpans. My gas fired infrared oven has warped and ruined many lesser pans.
