Loving this pan so far. Have used for 3 months and it has kept the non stick well. It is heavier but I like that it is aluminum free and ceramic for better food safety from toxic chemicals in other non stick. Cooks nice and evenly as well. I had looked at a similar product elsewhere and the reviews were terrible. I bought these under duress, we were part of the kettle recall, and I wanted to spend the gift card before i lost it. We use cast iron and i avoid non stick. I have not bought a zwilling product that hasnt been impressive. Highly recommend these! Easy to use and easy to clean. They dont get too hot and food doesnt slide all over the place. They are nice to look at and arent hard on my wrists. Since I already having three of these ceramic frying pans, I wanted to add this 11” sauté pan to my collection. They are great for heat evenness and especially being nonstick.
