The only downside was the instruction manual—I didn’t find it very helpful. In my opinion, the dog house is simple enough that it can be assembled without relying much on the instructions. Simple to assemble. Lots of big pieces. Took less than an hour with me and 2 children. They handed me screws and held boards in place. Seems like good quality and has a metal roof. Two things I didn’t like was no ramp inside the coop and no perch’s for sleeping at night. I can rig something up but that defeats the purpose of buying pre fabricated. A few weeks later the hardware is staring to come loose on the doors and I’ve needed to replace the locking mechanisms.
