The sturdy iron frame and protective coating help the coop stand up to regular outdoor use, giving your flock a stable environment over time. At the same time, the open mesh areas let you monitor activity at a glance, saving time on flock management and inspections. Combining a spacious footprint with tight nylon mesh, this enclosure allows chickens to exercise without getting stuck or injured in wide gaps. Good ventilation supports fresher air inside the run, which is better for birds during warmer months.

This has worked out perfectly for our 10 chicks. Very easy to put together. The bars were all labeled which made the process only about fifteen minutes to build. The netting was annoying to do but works perfectly!. Courtney. Stockton, NJ. Sat Aug 29 2026

It was ok. Nice quality. I would recommend it.. Debra. Wapakoneta. Fri Sep 11 2026

I really like this run! If you don’t over stretchpull the chicken wire, you can get it nice and taught without waves and sags. I cut the chicken wire in 21 foot lengths, so that there was plenty on the outside bottom for cinder blocks or something to weight everything down. I put the entire thing together by myself. 5’1” woman. So, you can do it too!. Amber. Hampton Bays, NY. Mon Aug 17 2026

Chickens love it! During rain, the guard overhead is perfect. We did hire Wayfair assembly, which was a great price and made it much easier than our last run that was a third of the size that we self assembled. Will definitely buy again if we need another!. R. Naples, FL. Sun Oct 11 2026

The large chicken coop comes with a chicken run and has two large nesting boxes. The chicken house has four perches with large removable sliding trays for easy cleaning. There are six access points for easy access to all areas of the coop. Features three ventilation windows in the sleeping area to keep it well ventilated. Galvanized wire mesh walls and a series of locks at each access point keep your family animals safe inside and from predators. Sliding door with steel sliding bar locks ducks safely inside the coop.

I made quite a few modifications to make this coop more useful. I used strong magnets across the top so we could reach into the run. We added stair tread to the roost ramp so our ladies didn’t slip around anymore. I’d planned to use a solar door opener to let the gals in and out, but I was one day over the 30 day return window and Wayfair wouldn’t let me return it even for store credit. It didn’t fit despite the online specifications saying it would.. Ashley. US. Tue Aug 11 2026

Looks great but a pain to put together. Instructions need a little more detail. Wood is pretty brittle. Several cracks already in it when it arrived. Pre-drilled holes missing in areas. Update. After a year it is falling apart on the wooden doors.. Audrey. FL. Tue Aug 04 2026

The coop cage unlike tradition wood ones, it features metal construction with dense net, resistant to deform. Great for housing a small number of poultry, effectively secure your chickens, ducks, bunnies, pigeons, or puppies inside whether used indoor outdoor. With a door easy access to the interior and feeding. Its thoughtful design make it a reliable and convenient option for both novice and experienced chicken keepers alike.

Purchased this to use as a brooder for my new chicks. Worked great because they can be in it for awhile and a lamp sets easily above the wire to help them maintain a comfortable heat level. It comes with wheels so you can move it around easily, but we built a small wooden stand for it to keep it elevated off the ground. I would recommend this cage for a variety of animals. It's well made and the wire openings are very small - this protects your animals from predators.. Beth. De Soto, MO. Fri Oct 23 2026

This seems like a decent item so far. It took us a while to set it up because its been raining so much. We had to put it aside until a few hours of clear weather today to finish it. The frame set up went fast, but today it took a little longer to wrap the netting. We are using it for our berries to keep out deer. We had a shabby set up before and this looks so much better and functional. Wouldnt you know I forgot to take a pic of the finished product and I have to get this review done today. You do need 2 people to put it together. Someone mentioned the 2 clamps on top of the entrance, that the screws were not long enough. You just need to squeeze them tighter so they sit securely and the screws will fit. There was extra netting. The netting comes in one roll. We were conservative when we cut it and found later there was more than enough. The netting is coated which is a plus. The poles have holes at the bottom to anchor it, the stakes are included. They provide tools and 2 pairs of white gloves. There is a rod that stands somewhere near the center where thick wooden rods fit in as chicken perches. The tarp is bright white. Its a nice size, true to its measurements. Wayfair delivered this in a few days. Thanks Wayfair! Update June 2024 I liked this so much, I bought another to use as an enclosed garden. It keeps out the deer and squirrels. Since its not too heavy, and I have potted plants, I can move it to another spot next season if I want. I put the taller plants toward the center, and since Im not very tall, I can get around inside of it.. Tina. Effort, PA. Fri Jul 19 2024

So I had a squirrel problem getting in my garden and this solved all my problems by being able to put everything inside together. We found it easy to assemble with everything included. My opinion to improve would be not zip ties as they rot and i bought metal rebar ties instead. Also directions could be better with wire placement. We did our own design other door side.Great sturdy quality and price was doable.. Dianna. Lugoff, SC. Sun May 24 2026

The iron reinforced edges around the coop and nesting boxes have been dramatically upgraded to make our coops stronger and more durable. The 2 large detachable trays are free to pull out from the left and right sides for easy cleaning. The 39.5 sq. ft. expandable run area comes with 2 standing perches, providing ample floor space for your chickens, ducks, rabbits and other small animals.

This is a fairly well made coop! It was very easy to build and is made of good material. I did paint it which I think will help it withstand water. It has the potential of being drafty so also added insulation.. Jaycee. Richmond, VA. Sun Mar 29 2026

Extra-Tall Walk-In Chicken Run for Comfortable Daily Care Give your backyard flock more room to roam while making everyday care easier on you. This upgraded metal chicken run features an extra-tall walk-in design with a 70.1" minimum side height and a 108.7" peak height, providing substantially more usable vertical space than traditional low-profile runs. Unlike designs where only the doorway offers standing room, this spacious enclosure allows most adults to stand upright, walk naturally, feed chickens, inspect the flock, and clean the enclosure without constant bending or crouching. The sturdy steel frame is finished with an enhanced rust-resistant protective coating designed for improved resistance to outdoor moisture and corrosion. Durable nylon mesh creates a breathable enclosure while helping keep poultry safely contained. A weather-resistant covered roof provides shelter from sun, rain, and snow, while reinforced connections, ground-fixing hardware, and secure closures add stability for everyday backyard use. Designed for chickens and other suitable small animals, this walk-in enclosure combines generous space, comfortable access, and enhanced outdoor durability for backyard, garden, and farm settings.

The netting isn't great but the frame is. Takes awhile to put together.. Anonymous. US. Sun Aug 23 2026

Great value! Easy to build and great quality for the price. My husband shored it up a little by using wood glue in the joints. We housed 9 young black marans in this coop comfortably. Pictures show our set up that’s a five gallon waterer in the run with some room to spare.. Jackie. Ohio. Fri Oct 16 2026
