This is a very sturdy, solid bookcase and fits perfectly in the small entryway to our coastal bedroom. I rated it a 4 because one of the cane panels wasn't stretched tight enough compared to the others so there was a slight bulge. Otherwise, it would have been a 5. The cane is a nice touch to complement the wood. Wayfair Customer Service has been great in resolving the issue. I also used the assembly service from Angi. Our technician did a great job, was professional and personable, was careful with all the pieces, and was on time (actually early).. Karen. Windsor, CT. Fri Jul 03 2026

I bought this as a pantry shelf in my kitchen and it fits perfectly. The price did intimidate me at first, but it is very sturdy and well built. Aside from the style, what sealed the deal is the color I chose (regatta blue) looks very similar to a place that has a lot of sentimental value to me. The only problem I have now is the cat likes to jump on top of it, but that is by no means a reflection of the quality.. Mike. Northville, MI. Wed Feb 25 2026

Overall, the wall units look nice in our living room (we bought two). Each took my wife and I about two hours to assemble. Instructions were thorough, but you really need to be careful and double check every step. After we completed the assembly, we noticed that the part eight and nine (middle) shelves were installed upside down on one of the units. Also, the round stickers provided to cover the locking screws are very flimsy. They are just sticky paper that has very little surface area with which to adhere. We ended up using Elmer’s glue to keep them down. Other than the shelf inside the cabinet, none of the other shelves are adjustable. Also, I certainly would not place anything too heavy on the shelves (like lots of hardcover books) as they do not appear Capable of providing sufficient support without bending.. Tom. Bluffton, SC.
