I think this couch is very comfortable, not too firm but not too squishy either. Its good structure for a couch in an area where you will be sitting up and talking with others rather than lounging in front of the TV. I find it comfortable enough for lounging but my husband does not. He prefers ultra plush squishy couches. The material is great. The color is true to the image. It came well packaged.. Elyse. Came as advertised! I was not expecting the pillows but was a nice touch too! Looking forward to decorating around this for this salon/hallway. Very firm but comfortable. Won’t fall asleep on it, but can lounge and read. Spouse (6’) can lounge across with generous space for feet. It is not a deep seat, so might not fit all.
