I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. The sofa itself is good - a little firm, but new pillows have helped a lot. The process of getting the sofa delivered was not good. This couch is very supportive for someone who has lower back issues and is comfortable. It is amazing that there is a queen-sized pullout bed, which is also very comfortable.
