Great looking pergola with easy to follow instructions. Took two adults about 7 hours to build with breaks in between. We also used the recommended expansion bolts to secure it to our cement patio. The wood is very soft so it does dent and scratch easily while we were building it but it doesnt look bad at all. We did have many pieces come bent and screws missing. They did offer us a resolution and agreed to send new parts. So customer service was good. Once my husband was able to get all the pieces working I do like the final look. The legs are not solid wood but wood pieces. However it is still heavy and sturdy. No damage to wood. I really like this pergola. Our other pergola(metal with fabric top) collected water and collapsed. My husband told me he did not want another one that could collect water or blow over. This new pergola is super sturdy and took my husband and our friend a couple of hours to put together! I ordered a turquoise sun sail to go on it also from wayfair. It it more porous and it doesnt hold water. The pergola itself has a nice gray color and looks nice. Again it is heavysturdy. Im pretty sure itll take an actual tornado or a hurricane to move it!
