The bed took a bit to put together, but was overall straightforward with its directions. The materials are nice and it looks beautiful when finished. Love this bed! It was super easy to assemble. The side rails had hooks that slid into the head and foot boards, versus some cheaper quality beds that just use cam locks. Love that!
