This is a great deal. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the headboard feels a little less sturdy of a connection than it could be. But it’s beautiful and can fit a lot of home designs. Good clearance under the bed for storing things.. Brooke. San Diego, CA. Thu Oct 15 2026

Love the bed design. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars due to one bed slat had a crack which was filled with a caulk substance. I was assured by Wayfair it has no impact on the sturdiness of the platform bed. I purchased a 12” deep mattress which is the perfect depth for this bed. My 18 yr old grandson loves his bedroom designed just for him. Would choose this bed again to purchase. Very happy with it.. Lynn. Erlanger, KY. Sun Oct 04 2026

First time online bed buyer and super happy with my purchase! In the midst of a bedroom remodel. Got king size in natural, arrived next day, no damage, had all parts, didn't take too long for two people to put together - appx 30 min; however, I think the spacers weren't the correct size because we ended up with two slats that weren't accounted for at the end, but we just respaced slightly and it was fine. I really appreciated the velcro for the slats so they don't move around when spacing - someone thought that through! You will also need a drill to screw in the slats. Headboard and footboard are not completely solid, but sturdy and the height is good for us. Also, purchased the Stearns and Foster Lux Estate Mattress and it fit perfectly. Happy customer - thanks Wayfair!. Germaine. Dexter, MI. Tue Aug 25 2026

The box was damaged and torn up but thankfully the bed was in good shape and packaged well with no damage. We love the bed and it feels solid. It wasnt difficult to put together, all parts and hardware were included and instructions were clear. I also love the distance between the bed and floor. It helps with vacuuming and swiffering the hard wood floor. The only negative is in the photo I shared, the joint where the headboard connects to the left support and the leg does not fit tightly and leaves a noticeable gap. Not a huge issue since it doesnt affect the overall structure or strength of the bed and well learn to live with it. Good buy for the money.. Elizabeth. Bristow, VA. Thu Sep 24 2026

Overall good quality but one of the footboard brackets was off and didn’t fully fit securely so that’s pretty frustrating. It’s also very short and low to the ground so be sure to make note of the height. Mary. Richmond, VA. Sun Sep 27 2026

The Ruby bed frame brings a single, well-chosen detail to the centre of the bedroom: a headboard handwoven in natural rattan, its organic texture and warmth setting the tone for the room around it. Each rattan panel carries its own subtle variation in tone and weave, the kind of character that only natural material handled by hand can offer. Beneath it, the frame is built from solid wood for steady, dependable support, with an integrated slat base that holds the mattress directly and removes the need for a box spring. The silhouette stays low, clean and modern, and the silent slat system keeps the whole frame quiet through the night. Assembly is straightforward, ready in about 30 to 45 minutes with no power tools and every component pre-labeled. The Ruby asks for very little and gives a warm, restful foundation in return.

For the price, the quality is REALLY good. I absolutely LOVE the look of this bed. The headboard is so beautiful. It was pretty straightforward and easy to assemble and I appreciated all the extra parts provided. I did have to call my husband in to help for one step to stabilize the headboard while I screwed things in, but if I were a bit stronger and not pregnant I probably could’ve done it solo.. Emma. The Marenzo is built on a single decision: that genuine craftsmanship deserves genuine materials, chosen for their character rather than their cost. Its defining gesture is a headboard woven entirely by hand, each column of natural paper cord gathered and knotted with unhurried precision. Beneath it, every slat is seated to eliminate creak and movement, so the bed holds its stillness as reliably as its form. It is offered in two woods, each with its own voice. The Light Oak is dressed in veneer drawn from American oak imported from the United States, finished with solid oak legs turned to a refined taper. The Dark Walnut is dressed in genuine American Black Walnut veneer imported from North America, with solid Black Walnut legs turned to match, so that from veneer to leg the material speaks in one uninterrupted voice. Because both woods are real, no two frames ever share the same markings. Whichever you choose, the Marenzo arrives as something quietly, irreducibly its own.

This is a nice sturdy bed. Keep in mind that the walnut is more of a cherrywood, and the cording on the headboard is much darker than it looks on the website.. Chinel. Houston, TX. Tue Sep 29 2026
