Table arrived with a 1/4" chunk chipped off the top. The table is VERY heavy, so it was not worth the hassle of repackaging to return. Other than the big noticeable chip that is missing on the top edge of the table, it is very attractive, heavy duty, folds out easily and overall, a very nice table. Since I am using the table in my basement as a place to fold clothes next to the dryer, the chip isn't a deal breaker. it's just that when you purchase something new, it's always disappointing to receive something damaged. This table doesn't fold in half, and the legs are not adjustable. Instead, it is solid, built well, easy to unfold the legs (and the safety features on the legs work well). I doubt it can support 500 pounds, but it is sturdy and doesn't wobble when I place heavy things on it. It's relatively lightweight and I can lift it and put it in my RTV along with my lawn equipment, so I have a solid surface from which to work when I travel to my pasture. Purchased these to use in children’s education rooms at church, to replace non-folding adjustable tables that were also very heavy. These seem to fit our requirements - lightweight and adjustable: one person can adjust and fold legs and carry to different location.
