This set was the perfect addition to our backyard furniture. While it takes a bit of effort to put it together, the chairs are very comfortable even without the cushions. The color of the set is a bit darker than pictured. It is gorgeous. The chairs don’t all fit underneath the table, especially with an umbrella base. However, that doesn’t bother us one bit. This table and chairs have held up very well. We have left it outside in the Chicago brutal weather for a few years now, and it's done well. We measured the table to confirm it is the advertised 60 inches, so the issue is with how the product is represented in the listing. I still like the overall look and quality of the set, but I purchased it specifically because it was marketed as an 8-person dining set. In my opinion, it functions much more comfortably as a 6-person table, with two extra chairs that can be stored or placed in a different location from around the table.
