We needed a medium sized black desk for our furnished rental that would accommodate a laptop and an extra monitor or two. This is the perfect size for our small space. Desk is as pictured and feels sturdy. A little bit of a challenge getting the legs attached as it's a very tight space to work with. Just need to have some patience - but it's worth it. The drawer would not close back into position. Otherwise this desk is great for my home office.. Sharon. Hazel Crest, IL. Wed May 03 2023

Ok so I would have given this 5 stars because it’s gorgeous and COULD HAVE BEEN easy to assemble - BUT… it came with the screwsbolts on the legs covered in some sort of protective hard plastic that was all but GLUED to the metal. I had to use assorted serrated knives to sawpry them off first. It took half an hour to get them all the way off and by the time I finally did it, there was shredded plastic all over the room, the wood was damaged because there was no way around that (I had to be aggressive to get them to budge), and I was bleeding. I don’t know if they were left on by accident or what, but I was angry by the end. Once I had it assembled though, I was happy.. Taylor. Long Beach Ca. Mon Mar 03 2025
