This is one of my favorite pieces in my home! The first one delivered had a huge crack in both the top and base of the TV stand. I submitted a replacement request, and it was picked up within 3 days. My new one arrived just 2 days later and was in great condition. There is a little paint peeling on the feet, but it’s barely noticeable, as you can see in the pictures. Overall happy with bookcase as it serves it's purpose. Nice and heavy but there in lies a problem as it ships in 1 package. Packaging looked very rough and delivered with a corner damaged. FedEx driver warned me it was unusually heavy and helped me carry it into house. Luckily you can't see the damage as it's on bottom unless you're looking for it. Nitpicking wise the top trim piece does not line up flush and isn't adjustable as guide piece is glued on so it sits a little crooked on top. Again overall happy with product, would buy again..
