Very nice hot water heater. The box came damaged, but they did such a good job of packaging it the water heater didn't have a scratch on it. I installed it, filled it up and no leaks. I had hot water in 30 minutes.. Batch81. Callahan Florida. Thu Aug 22 2024

The plumbing for the inlet was made for a copper pipe. I guess that is the standard in china. If you have a pex then you have to find a way to connect a copper to the pex. Also the ahutoff valve only need to be opened half way to reduce the flushing pressure.shut off valve. Alexander. Dix Hills, NY. Mon Aug 31 2026

As someone who’s been renting a washer and dryer for over four years, I am so happy to officially have my own and that it’s from Wayfair. As we know, there are lots of washer and dryer options but I did my due diligence and looked up reviews (highly recommend you do the same) and it was clear that GE was and continues to be a trusted brand! When purchasing the washer and dryer I signed up for the installation as well, but there was some kind of mix up because it was delivered on time but the driver’s paperwork didn’t show my installation package. I ended up having to call Wayfair several times to get this resolved but eventually I ended up finding my own technician to get it installed. A step I didn’t foresee having to take, but Wayfair was apologetic and refunded me back a nice amount so no complaints there. Regarding the washer and dryer, I like that it’s from a trusted brand and up-to-date enough for me! I didn’t want a high-tech, touch screen, WiFi-needing washer and dryer. From my research, those are the ones that have the most issues. I just wanted something simple where I could wash my clothes and dry them with no problem (I was also adamant about it having an agitator) and with this GE set I can do just that. If you’re interested in the same I highly recommend purchasing this too.. Jalyssa. Stonecrest, GA. Fri Sep 25 2026

I absolutely love my new range. When we bought our house we werent given our choice of range and they installed a flat top range. I hated cooking on it because you could never get a true temp. Im so happy with the coil burners.. Valerie. SC. Mon May 25 2026

GE Profile Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater has been installed for about 5 weeks. Delivery was superb, delivered to my basement as scheduled in three days from date of order. Installation by plumber was without issue. Has been functioning very well since installation. Extremely low electric use and not very loud. It does keep the basement cooler, but that's not an issue.. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating..
