Installation is extremely simple: the FixFit E is screwed onto an existing water outlet on the wall (size G ½; DN15). After that, any commercially available shower hose can be connected. This is the miracle device I needed to be able to mount a basically flat hand shower for use as a shower head. Most wall mounts do not have the flexibility to rotate at a high enough degree angle to prevent the hand shower from pointing directly at the opposite wall, or only marginally better near the top of the tub at the opposite end from the shower head. The mount is also far enough from the wall to allow the hand shower a rotation of 45 + degrees from the wall without interfering with the hose or having the end of the handle hit the wall. Whoever uses the bathtub for bathing and showering would also want to be as flexible as possible when positioning the shower head. In the shower, hip height is sufficient as a lower limit; there you should perhaps opt for the 24" wallbar or you could go for a 36" wallbar depending on your needs. It brings incredible amounts of freedom of movement, making it perfect for families with children and grandparents.
