4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. This can help muffle the sound while still allowing the notification to be heard if necessary.” Gotta figure out where the beep comes from . Jayne. IN. Mon Jun 29 2026

Been holding off on getting one of these finally pulled the trigger and I am beyond happy that I did so! I sit at a desk about nine hours a day and it makes it tough because I don’t get the appropriate exercise that I feel that I need. I use this thing Monday through Friday pretty much the whole entire day and it’s been a lifesaver. ISuper easy to put together right out of the box no real assembly. I only use it for strictly walking. I have not pushed it very far, but it runs super smooth with no issues. If you’re looking to get out of that desk and get some steps in during the day, this is a real winner for you. This is highly recommended.. Ami. Rochester, NY. Thu Jul 16 2026
