This is a solid, well-made bed. I was especially pleased at the quality of the wood. This is not MDF or fiberboard. This is a seven layer plywood with oak veneer. I encountered no problems whatsoever during assembly. The pieces fit perfectly together, and were flush and square. As with any piece of furniture you have to assemble, it is very important to take your time and not be in a hurry. I am very pleasantly surprised with just how good this bed is.. Jeffrey. Cloud Streamlined Silhouette Platform Bed Frame: Who knew a bed frame could support relaxed leaning?

Love how easy the assembly was and how quickly the bed takes shape after unboxing. I don’t love how the ‘headboard’ is basically free standing.. Alyssa. Doral, FL. Sun Sep 27 2026

Love the storage bed. Looks expensive and is well made. Love that I no longer use a bed skirt - making bed is so much easier & quick. I did not purchase the assembly pkg. because, I needed to feed my wires for my heating mattress pad as it was being assembled. It took me 3 1/2 hrs. to assemble. Directions were easy to follow.. Clean square lines and a warm, low-contrast mix frame this bed in the quiet, unhurried mood of Japandi design — tall padded headboard, soft footboard at the opposite end, straight legs, no loud details calling for attention. Its woven surface shows a fine, visible texture and sits light against bare arms, dry to the touch rather than clingy, while the pale wood rails keep the silhouette grounded rather than bulky. Leaning back to read or scroll feels unhurried — the panel gives just enough under an elbow, and a chapter often runs longer than planned. Perfect for quiet Japandi primary bedrooms and Scandinavian-style guest rooms, it settles in without asking for attention.

Very easy to put together. It’s solid wood frame on the visible outside with metal in the inside where the slats lay. No squeaking, very sturdy.. Racquel. Seaford, NY. Fri Oct 09 2026

Great quality and very sturdy bed! We have an 11.5-inch mattress, and the lift-up mechanism works really well. It is smooth and surprisingly easy to lift, even with the mattress on it. The headboard feels solid and well made. I especially love the white oak color—it looks beautiful and matches our tongue-and-groove wood ceiling perfectly. My 19-year-old son assembled the entire bed by himself. He said the assembly wasn’t particularly easy, but he was able to complete it without any help. We purchased another bed from Wayfair around the same time, and the difference in quality is significant. This bed is definitely much better quality and feels like it will last. Very happy with our purchase!. Rebecca. CA. Sun Sep 06 2026

Got the king size in Beige. Color is slightly more yellow than in display photo, which appears more greige. Putting the drawers together was definitely tricky and you can't open drawers further back on the side if you have nightstands. But other than it works great and will be ok for the meantime.. Lily.
