This walk in tub is equipped with an oversized 2″ floor drain that includes a pull up emergency chain for a fast and reliable drainage and exit. The main feature is a tempered glass inward swing door with a brushed finish aluminum frame. The sleek door is designed in the center of the tub, which establishes a vertical tub wall and creates a wider interior floor space opposed to that of a standard curvature wall. Beautifully made tub. However, the stopper did not properly seal when tried out. The technician mailed out a new stopper and dish to remedy the issue. I would recommend this tub. Needs to be properly wrapped for any destination to prevent any cracks, gashes, etc. Would recommend working with the Packaging Manager to make sure it is wrapped properly before being shipped out of the warehouse. Enjoy you soaks! Pros: Beautifully made tube. Lovely appearance. Looks well made. Door seal has a lifetime warranty. Cons: I had issues with the packaging of the tub. Don't purchase! The seal went bad the first year and water cascades out all over the floor at only 1 1/2" deep! The company is no help at all..they don't carry replacement seals and cannot even tell you what to use to replace it with...kind of a "sucks to be you" attitude!!
