The product arrived as scheduled, placed as I requested, and was well packaged and undamaged. I have un-packaged and moved it to a holding place until the installation site is ready. I am pleased with the appearance and features and apparent quality for the price, but cannot comment on performance until installation is complete.. Anonymous. Tue Jul 26 2022

You really need to want one of these to purchase this. The water was preheated to 104 degrees. I had to redo this per instruction manual to get the water hotter. The hot water brings that to a half-full tub, so I have to wait for the hot water to recover to get it to the point to cover the jets. I literally wait for it to be finally fill and then I get in it (like a hot tub) from a step stool.. Marvin. Lincolnton, NC. Fri Mar 21 2025
