Walk-in tub has not been installed yet. I made it a show peice out of it sitting in my livingroom. I could sell tickets just ot look at it. I told my family there would be a charge and to schedule appointments. I would see if I could book them at time when I'm not in it. The product arrived as scheduled, placed as I requested, and was well packaged and undamaged. I have un-packaged and moved it to a holding place until the installation site is ready.
