Great quality construction. Took less than ten min to assemble once I moved the box, it is definitely not lightweight cheaply made. Anyway, the leather is very nice and appears to be great quality. The only negatives for me is that I'm almost 6'3" and it's honestly made for someone 6' or less. The other negative, based on my height, is the adjustable headrest, which of I was shorter would be fine. The hidden cup holders are great and the chair came in did pieces in one box. This chair is beautiful, comfortable, and brilliant in the ways that you have various settings. Just sitting in it like in the first picture, it’s very comfortable. Then you have a choice of raising the headrest up while just sitting in it, or raise the head rest up and recline. We searched for ten minutes for the remote, before found control buttons on left side of seat cushion , so no remote to lose. The fabric is lovely, I chose the white and love it! This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice.
