We like the chair , the customer service is not acceptable, there was a problem with the seams on the side panel and was told that they will send replacement, I am getting mixed messages , one telling me that they do not have the panel and someone will call within 2 days , after 2 days I called and this time the agent said that they do have the panel and that they will ship it to me , it’s been a week, no call , no email no shipment. It has a power motion seat with a power-independent adjust headrest and a removable lumbar pillow that allows you to select the optimal position for your comfort. This is a bang for your buck type of purchase. We purchased this for my elderly mother to replace her fabric recliner. She is 5 ft tall and it deep for her but she likes it. Her favorite feature is the heat. The only drawback is the two remotes and having to get used to mainly a 6 button remote from prior a 2 button remote. It is comfy for a nap and sleeping. It does offer many massage levels. The lift feature works as it should and gets her on her feet. One note to mention if you are purchasing this for an elderly person....the motors are slow and the foot rest could be a little higher. If your elderly loved one has issues with urgency or needs to have their feet well elevated, this may not be the chair for them. We have also had several family members try this out...a 6 ft tall man, broad shoulders...loved the heat and massage and features to control head, back and feet differently. A woman, about 5 ft 7 inch also found it comfortable and liked the several features. If you are short, like me, 5'4", and need lumbar support, it may not be the chair for you. It does come with a lumbar pillow but it is up to your preference if you want to feel that support immediately if when you sit down or you want that pillow. We purchased for $540 sale price. Arrived quickly and in tact. Assembly was fairly straight forward, but you have to really review them to attache the power supply and remotes accordingly. It took about a half hour with two people since some of the parts can be heavy. The color is nice and the wide arms and cup holders are a plus. I can't give it a full 5 stars but it is pretty comfy overall, and likely it won't be returned.. Donna. East Windsor, NJ. Wed Oct 14 2026

Great chair with an incredibly easy setup! Delivery was a breeze the boxes were sturdy and easy to carry. The chair arrived safely in two well-packaged boxes that were manageable for two people to bring indoors. After unboxing and verifying all the components against the clear, concise instructions, the assembly process was straightforward with minimal steps. The instructions were crystal clear, and assembly was a snap. A quick tip for assembly grab a partner to help steady the backrest while you line up the brackets—it makes the process much easier than going solo. While the build is simple, having a second person assist with aligning the backrest brackets is highly recommended for precision. Overall, the chair was very simple to put together, feels great to sit in, and works perfectly. All the electrical components hooked up correctly and work as they should. EXCELLENTO! Arrived on time. The big box got me a bit nervous but after opening it was a breeze for this 70 year old young woman to assemble it in no time. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING about my new chair, especially the messages, the heat....and yes....the lift! And THE PRICE WAS RIGHT for such a beautiful recliner. I'M IN LOVE WITH WAYFAIR NOW! UPDATE......Springs coming up pressing against leather seat and sitting is so uncomfortable and uneven and every so often when in recliner position the entire chair just drops with forceful landing. This happened at first but after a few times just stopped so I thought the issue had been resolved. I just got this Nov 5th 2025! So glad I purchased the insurance.! Unacceptable! Looking elsewhere for quality and comfort!. Evalyn. Junction City, OR. Sat Oct 10 2026
