I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. This modular sectional is absolutely stunning! I was incredibly impressed when it arrived, and it looks even better in person than it does in the photos. I initially paid extra for professional assembly, but once I unpacked everything, I realized it was much simpler than expected. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out how everything connected, and after that, assembly was a breeze. In fact, I canceled my assembly appointment because it simply wasn’t worth spending the extra $100. I was able to put the entire sectional together by myself, and I’m a small woman, so I think most people will find the setup very manageable. My only minor complaint is that some of the pillows arrived with a few smudges or marks on them, likely from handling during packaging. It seemed as though whoever packed the item may not have been wearing gloves. Fortunately, the marks were minor and didn’t affect my overall satisfaction with the product. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. This couch was very easy to assemble and looks beautiful in my space.
