I cannot stress enough how much to avoid purchasing from wayfair. Save yourself the stress and unprofessionalism. I ordered this couch and not only did it arrive defective but it also looks nothing like the pictures. Half of the couch did not expand so the couch is very uneven. I reached out to customer service and they don't allow you to speak to a manager and the return process is a nightmare. These couches are wrapped in plastic and they expand over 72 hours. I gave mine 5 days to expand and half of it is shorter than the other half of the couch and they only accept a return if you find a way to get the couch into a box. HOW????? how could I magically roll a couch back to flatness into plastic and then roll it into a box?? Then if you ask for a replacement they say you have to return the defective piece whoch again HOW??? how can i deflate a couch back into flatness into plastic and then into a box?? It’s impossible! Then i beg to speak to a manager and for them to make this right and they consistently say no manager is available. So I paid nearly 1 thousand dollars for a defective couch and all they can say is find a way to return it in a box or there’s nothing they can do. They take zero accountability and dont fix their mistake. Who wants half a couch thats shorter than the other side. It looks a mess. I would never recommend anyone to order from WAyfair its extremely unprofessional and a scam with terrible customer service or resolution service. Look at the photos!!. Jay. California. I’ve had this couch for about a year now and I have to say the shape has held up incredibly well. Everyone I have over compliments this couch. It’s honestly insane for the value. I have a dog so sometimes the hair gets built up. She’s a golden retriever so she sheds a lot and it’s gotten a little dirty because I have that beige version, but you can take all of the covers off, throw them in the wash and the couch looks brand new again. The only thing is the covers don’t come off of the Ottomans, which is fine because I have a wet vac and that takes care of it just as good. Overall, I am extremely happy with this couch and I think for the money it’s an incredible value. Dylan. St. Cloud, FL. Fri Oct 09 2026

It came two days earlier than the estimated. It all came in three boxes. I love that it’s easy and no assembly required. Is recommended to let it air out for 48 to 72 hours. It only has been 24 hours. The covers are very soft like chenille. We sat on it and is a bit firm and I hope it will give a bit with use. I hope this couch will last us for a while. I gave it 4 stars because the back cushions is a bit flat. I will be adding more colorful pillows to compliment the color scheme. The rug is from wayfair too.. Cheng. Sun Jul 05 2026

I absolutely love this sofa! It’s beautiful, comfortable, and has the perfect amount of firmness for my preference. This couch is extremely comfortable. I wasnt expecting it to be as good as it is. It’s a little deceiving because all pieces come compressed in bags. So I wasn’t sure the bottom cushions would expend. And they did! My brother loves it as well. Anonymous. Wed Oct 21 2026

138" Oversized Modular Sectional Sofa, Sectional Couch with Deep Seat,Extra Large U Shaped Couch Couch with Ottoman

Took a risk as there was only one review when I ordered. Do I think the price is worth it No but this couch definitely exceeded my expectations after reading the very poor review. Arriving in three boxes completely boneless was nothing short of scary hahah safe to say though this couch is super comfortable! I love that I can also move around the pieces. Highly recommend purchasing on sale! It’s not horrible but I don’t think it’s worth the original ticket price. If you don’t want to commit to fluffing every day to hold its shape, I wouldn’t recommend.. Taylor. Wed Sep 30 2026
