The Brinsley ended up being exactly what I was looking for. The taupe color is absolutely beautiful in person. It’s the perfect warm neutral and works beautifully with the rest of our room. The corduroy fabric is incredibly soft and cozy, and the couch feels substantial without looking bulky. Having a home with pets, I needed something that could be comfortable and livable while still looking beautiful. This checks all of those boxes. It completely changed the look and feel of our living room and made the whole space feel warmer and more inviting. I bought this couch on 5/6/2026 and it arrived today, on the 8th. So far, I'm very happy. It firs perfectly in my space. Its not too big but its not small either. It's very sturdy. The cushions are nice and firm, but still a little bouncy and the fabric is soft. Overall, very comfortable! The pull out bed is smooth and easy to open up and put back. I can't wait to have movie nights with my kids on this couch. I'm very pleased so far. Also, it was super easy to put together. I thought that it didn't come with directions so I ended up putting it halfway together on my own until I found the directions lol. I'm a 5'1 woman and put it together on my own in about an hour. The only hard part was the last ar because I had to lift the couch up and it is heavy! But that's because I didn't pay attention to the directions. I want to emphasize how heavy this couch is. I have it on carpet, and it is EXTREMELY difficult to move around. Very, very heavy.
