5 stars for value. Pretty happy overall with this purchase. Decent size sectional with fun bonus features make this a good family room couch. Definitely a great budget option, I will say if you are looking for a premium piece of furniture this definitely isn’t top of the line in craftsmanship in regards to cushion comfort, durability and fabric (which color appears much lighter gray than I hoped for in person) but at this price point I’m pleased. It seems sturdy enough and a great option for a secondary living space or apartment. It also comes in pieces to be assembled which was great to ensure we could avoid trying to get a large piece of furniture around some tight turns to get to the room we wanted it in. I was able to assemble this on my own just needed help getting the 2 large bases into our family room. Extra tip, just open the boxes from where they are delivered and remove each piece separately instead of trying to haul the massive boxes around, this made it much easier to manage!. Mia. Michigan. This is the first time I’ve shopped at this store I hadn’t heard good things, but I took a chance and decided to see for myself. I am delighted with my new sofas after long, hard hours of work, rest is essential, and these are perfect. They have so many great qualities—the only downside was that the packages arrived on different days—but otherwise, everything is excellent. Anonymous From Maryland. Maryland. Sat Sep 19 2026

My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026
