Bring warm modern style to your living space with this upholstered sofa, designed with a graceful curved back, rounded arms, and vertical channel tufting for a refined statement look. The rich cognac brown tone adds depth and character, while the streamlined single-seat cushion creates a clean, inviting silhouette. Finished with tapered legs, this sofa works beautifully in living rooms, apartments, lounges, or office seating areas.

This couch is super cute and stylish—it definitely makes a statement! The only reason this couch did not receive 5-stars is because of comfort. Not terrible, but a little stiff and the back is low. It’s obviously a more formal couch, not a lay down and nap type of couch. I should also add it was easy to clean, when my kids got some dirt on it!. Danielle. California. Mon Oct 19 2026

This modern sofa introduces clean lines and a tailored silhouette that updates your layout. It's crafted with a sturdy solid wood frame to supply a reliable seating foundation across your home. The square armrests give the piece a crisp look, while fabric upholstery wraps the clean-lined frame to deliver a smooth surface. Thick foam-padded seat cushions provide supportive comfort for reading, streaming, or unwinding after a long day. This seating choice fits smoothly into various decor styles. It also seats three people comfortably for gathering with friends or relaxing with family.

This is such a comfortable couch and the right size for my smaller apartment. It’s comfortable to sit on and supportive, which is what I was looking for, it does not get squichy but still very soft. The color is great and the pillows that come with the couch are very soft and comfortable to sit back on. This does take two people to assemble but was very manageable and worth it.. Anonymous. Wow, truly happy with this purchase. 1. Easy to assemble. All parts present and arrived in three boxes. 2. The cushions take about 3 days to fully plump up, so be patient. 3. Versatile with many different configurations options. This is currently in a bonus room and I plan to get a queen size mattress topper to use as a guest bed. I love the final look of this couch! The seat cushions are very supportive, the perfect mix of firm and soft. All of the pictured covers are removable and machine washable, except the bottom half of the back rest that is zipped. It’s a part of a piece that must be spot cleaned. Only complaint - didn’t realize the seat cushions for the back rest were packaged in the armrest. One person can assemble this in roughly 2 hours.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026

Absolutely in love with this couch. Immediately out of the box it was already pretty comfortable! Has a slight smell out of the package but it smells like new car to me. Assembly was easy - you screw on the legs and then snap in the backing like Legos. It took me about 1.5 hours to do solo. Delivery was as expected - we received 3 ~75lb packages, 3 ~50lb packages, and 2 ~10lb packages. The packages are pretty large so I would definitely recommend 2 people for getting them inside.. This review goes out to the skeptical yet thorough person who cringes at making large purchase site unseen. That was definitely me, with my tape measure and goggling what chenille fabric. DELIVERY- comes in one big box that was probably 5"8ft tall and 3ft wide. Was able to fit on my small apartment elevator with myself and the 2 movers. UNBOXING - couch comes pretty much assembled with a separate box containing the legs. SETUP - I had the pleasure of not putting the couch together. Wayfair had a special for free assembly at the time of my purchase so the movers put the couch together. It took no time because they simply screwed the legs on. VISUAL IMPRESSION - beautiful, true to color...definelty blue lol. was really worried about the length of the couch as I was deciding whether to buy or not but it works for me in an open concept studio apartment for one (650sqft). Could sit with 1 friend spaciously or 2 others hip to hip. COMFORT - Couch is firm, not unbearablly firm more like doctor office chair firm or car seat firm. I was looking to avoid velvet type or the teddy bear/boneless couch fabric for my next couch...more of a linen was the goal. This is a good medium for me in terms of fabric...like a low cut fluffy linen. When sitting and laying, if youre looking for a squishy memory foam cloud couch like experience this is not it. I'd say this is a couch for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time sitting on a couch (if that makes sense). FUNCTIONALITY - the seats cushions aren't removable...the middle is boundtogether so no worries about the cushions moving around, only thing is the back cushions those can be moved around and the covers removed...I believe if you want to clean it you'll have to invest in a cute fabric cleaner machine. Very much true to size. Armrests are firm with some cushion...if you push hard enough you'll feel stillness but comfy non the less. NEGATIVES(kinda) - I find the foldable back to be weird. It doesnt flop or anything it just makes the piece feel less serious. I suppose it was a space saving hack for packaging...could probably finesse a sleeping sofa situation out of it. Just weird. Read a lot of reviews and watched a the wayfair specialist video multiple times before taking the plunge. Happy with this purchase overall.. Joshalyn. Augusta, GA. Sun Oct 11 2026

So cute! Love this but assembly was a bit much (but we aren’t too handy). I will say part of the legs were unfinished and a bit rough, we stained the legs darker to match our chairs so the stain was a bit uneven. I’m. Nancy. TN. Sun Sep 13 2026

Are you struggling to choose between a soft, medium or firm sofa? Let's learn how firmness impacts comfort, posture, and durability and then choose the ideal sofa for your home, family, and lifestyle! While soft sofas can feel cozy and are perfect for sitting, lying or lounging, they might not provide the right support needed for maintaining a body posture, especially during long periods of sitting. This can lead to back pain or tired. Firmer sofas, on the other hand, offer more support and durability, which can be better for your health and hold up well in high-use areas like living rooms or offices. Ultimately, the best choice depends on your comfort preferences, who will be using the sofa, and where it will be placed in your home.

Comfortable, great looking and cost effective. Takes some time to assemble, but simple easy to follow instructions. Good support and looks great for price point.. Vanessa. CO. Fri Oct 23 2026

It's crafted with a solid wood frame and rests on plastic legs for a structured look that doesn't overwhelm the room. Foam and cotton fill, supported by a combination of coil and pocket springs, create a balanced seating experience. Plus, the reversible orientation makes it easy to adjust the setup to suit your needs.

I was pleasantly surprised by the actual look of the fabric. I love a navy and the tweed like fabric did not disappoint. Love the color. I would have liked wood legs versus the black plastic but you can’t really tell when looking at is assembled. Got it on sale and am happy with it.. Mj. Bloomington, IL. Wed Sep 16 2026

I really love this couch. I need to get more pillows to make it more homie, but besides that set up was really easy and the package came really fast. My only problem is that it gets scrunched up in the middle when it’s been sat on for a while besides that it’s great.. Harlow. Austin, TX. Sun Sep 20 2026

Elevate your living space with the Fred Smart Storage Sofa Overall Dimensions: 86.6"W × 35"D × 35"H—where style, functionality, and space-saving design meet. Crafted for modern urban dwellers, renters, and small-family households, this striped fabric sofa combines timeless aesthetics with practical under-seat storage, making it the perfect centerpiece for apartments, studios, or cozy living rooms.

This sofa was easy to put together for my husband, although he needed me to hold the edge of one section of the sofa to help with sliding the latch in between the furniture pieces. The set looks just like the picture, so this is great. It is pretty huge and may not be the best for our space, but it will suffice for now. It took a few days for the pillows to fluff out (expand) to look puffy - so do not be discouraged when you see that it looks flat initially. I love the stripes and hope to pair it with a white fluffy rug to add some contrast from the wood floor.. Ugochi. Wake Forest, NC. Sat May 23 2026
