This sectional is beautiful and very comfy! The length of time it took for it to arrive was just over 5 weeks from the date the order was placed. The sofa arrived packaged in multiple layers of plastic wrap and carboard, however, upon opening it we did find a little damage. We're currently working with Franklin Corp. the manufacturer of the sofa to come to a resolution. Also to be noted this sofa DOES NOT come with built in USB ports as mentioned in the product specifications. TBD how the manufacture deals with this issue. Im genuinely surprised at the quality of this couch! It didnt have a lot of reviews so I took a shot. I have an extremely small space so had to have a sectional, floor vents in an old house so had to be raised, and cats and dogs so had to have removable cushion covers to wash. This left me pretty narrow on options but this couch works with all my criteria. The white is also a nice beige so it doesnt look sterile and I dont have to worry about obvious animal hair between vacuuming. Everyone who has seen it says it looks nice and both my bf and I find it very comfortable compared to my last loveseat with foam cushions. Were both tall and can stretch out on each portion of the couch. Its also fairly deep so I can nap on it without feeling like Im falling off. For the price Id say its worth it. Only complaint is it did feel cheap unboxing (couch comes in 3 boxes that may not be delivered at the same time) and one of the back sectionals is a little misaligned with the other backings. To start we were very disappointed when the delivery came and only two out of the three pieces arrived. Luckily they found the missing piece after a couple days and shipped it out to us immediately. The couch is beautiful in its simplicity. Please note that you must attach the legs and there are no pre-drilled holes so it will take time to measure the areas out so the legs are evenly put it to match one another. For the price of the couch you would think the holes to put the legs on would be done. The material is of excellent quality but note the couch is much lighter than the picture they have for the beige. We knew this as we had seen this couch somewhere else previously. The seating is very deep but very firm which I’m sure in time will give a bit. The clips used to join the pieces up do not match up properly but can be unscrewed so that you can screw it in its proper place for aligning. Even with the mishaps I love the couch.. Nicole. ON. I thought I was getting the 7 seater instead it’s 5 seater although it’s very comfortable once u break it in. Building the pull out portion the labeling was wrong right and left had to be switched. Other than that it’s cute. The measurements were perfect.I would note that the pullout legs are easily bendndable so be careful moving it just be sure to lift not drag. Pillows could be thinker maybe. Quality of fabric is spot. I’ve been sleeping on here the last 3 nights while I wait for my bed, it’s more on the firm side. Small gap between the pull out and the other couch so be sure to not drop ur phone retrieving it is a little hard. Storage is heavy duty and I love the side pockets. Like I said I wish there was option to choose between three 5 seater or 7 seater because I didn’t realize till the very end that I got the 5 seater.
