We were moving, so although this bed came with white glove delivery, we were unable to have them set it up before as it needed to be moved to a new house. Because of that we had to build it ourselves. Unfortunately, a couple pieces of the hardware were not delivered with the bed, including 24 feet of the bed, but it was an easy enough fix to go get them from a hardware store. Absolutely love this bed! It looks and feels great and is surprisingly sturdy. We used a drill during assembly to make sure everything was screwed in nice and tight, and it feels very solid.
