Fairly easy to build. I did it all on my own, took about 12hrs however I took several breaks and I was building 2 of these desks. Some pieces were a little dinged on the edges, but none of that shows once it’s built. I have it next to a high quality dresser in my bedroom and it fits right in. I love that the top lifts to a standing desk when needed. My husband assembled it on his own and knocked it out pretty quickly. He’s an angel. I would not have enjoyed the process, but he found it very easy. Wayfair shipped it quickly. The only major annoyance is that they used FedEx and my FedEx driver is too lazy to take it out of the truck to deliver it. My Ring camera caught him on two consecutive days coming to my door to take a picture of my empty porch. He didn’t knock or ring and I got notified that delivery was attempted but no one was home.
