We really appreciate the lack of handles sticking out and the refrigerators sleek finish. You do have to be careful not to open both drawers at the same time, or the whole unit will fall forward. Just installed next to my convection oven and it looks great! I tried the time cook and the 30 seconds warm option and it’s working perfectly. I have not tried the other options yet. It’s very easy to use. Price is a little high compared to a regular microwave. The drawer option is great for shorter people. The only thing that I didn’t like is that it was advertised as made in Italy when I was researching online. And so I bought it. The other drawer microwave I was looking to purchase has a very long wait time. When it was getting installed I saw that it is made in China.
