The young female FedEx driver was professional, happy, and very strong, and she pushed the bulky boxes up the staircase without damage. Each package was well protected and easy to install and configure as suggested in the pictures or according to your individual preferences. The fabric looks good as shown on the website. We enjoy sitting and lounging on this sofa. So far we have no complaints of this product because we only received it on May 24th, 2026. This couch is great! The color is stunning, the cushions are full and don’t sink in, and it is very comfortable. The reason for 4 stars is that the back cushions are a little thin, but it sits very deep which is something I was looking for. I also recommend paying the extra 100 for professional assembly.
