The couch is exceptional! It is my first time buying a couch without "trying it out" first, and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is! We went thru quite a debacle to get it delivered tho, and had to wait almost 2 months. With that being said, I feel like they made it right for us and helped every step of the way! And it was worth the wait!. Mary Jane. Plymouth Nc. Wed Jun 17 2026

Wayfair shipping was fantastic. They arrived within the window and did a great job bringing it into the home. As for the couch itself it is relatively easy to assemble (it’s 4 screw per leg) and the pins hold it securely in space. The material is very soft and the cushions themselves are relatively stiff at first. After you break them in it is very comfortable. Very pleased with Wayfair again.. Anthony. Broadview Heights, OH. Love the depth of the couch and ability to lounge comfortably. Feet were a pain to assemble as you need a long screwdriver so couldn’t use my ratcheting screw driver or drill. Wished feet were wood and not plastic, but once assembled you don’t notice. Couch had some defects on arrival, but none that prevented use. Manufacturer was responsive and helped resolve. Sits slightly lower to ground than I was expecting. I like the dual retention features to hold the sections together.. Valerie. WA. Thu Sep 24 2026

I received the Arlillian yesterday and spent a couple of hours last night putting it together. The first piece I tried to put it together it confused me, so I called customer service and with the help of Miranda, I was able to figure out how to piece the sectional together. The instructions are very simple and have photos, but I was over-thinking it and confusing myself. In the end, I put the entire thing together myself and it was actually a lot easier than I thought. The customer service I received when I first called for help was exceptional. Also, after I put the entire thing together I was left with these little metal pieces, I didn't know what they were for (at first) because there were no instructions, but I figured it out in the end, they are to hold the separate pieces together as one unit, they slip into the holes of the pieces that are side by side like anchors. That wasn't in the instructions, but it was not too hard to figure out. The sectional looks so good, I can't wait to get all the other pieces that will complete my living room. We just moved into a new house, so we are buying all new furniture. I'm looking forward to receiving the rugs I ordered, and because the customer service at Wayfair is so amazing, I'm going to buy a lot more items! I'm really pleased with this sectional and the customer service I received. They reassured me that if there was any problem whatsoever with any piece of the sectional they would replace it no problem at all. Thankfully there were no problems. I will upload a photo. My living room is empty except for this sectional. Can't wait to get more furniture from Wayfair! I'm so happy. Thank you!. Anonymous. US. Tue Jul 20 2021
