I'm very happy with the metal bed frame. Comfortable and sturdy. I have limited storage, so appreciate that I can store things underneath the frame (air conditioner during winter, winter clothes during summer, etc.). I attached the frame to a metal headboard, and it looks like the two go together. Really happy with this bed! The assembly was a little tricky in a few spots, and realistically I’d recommend having two people since there are certain pieces that need to be held in place while the other person attaches them. It took us about an hour to get everything assembled and moved into the room. The instructions were clear, though, and all of the pieces and hardware were included. It comes with several different-sized hex keys, but I’d definitely recommend using your own drill if you have one—it makes the process much faster and easier. Once assembled, the bed looks great. It has a very modern, sleek design, and I love the LED lighting and the built-in outlets in the headboard shelf. The LEDs come with a remote, which is a nice touch. But the absolute best feature is the under-bed storage drawers! They provide a ton of extra storage and make keeping the bedroom organized so much easier. Not sure why I thought it would take us 2 hours max to assemble no it took us 5 hours. Had to take it down because of piece 6 the wholes were facing out instead of inward to attach board. It’s a little more thin than I expected. And the “ extra storage “ is literally just a pocket on the side of base. Other than that the bed is nice for $400. LOVE the look of this bed. I have a small space was worried about the perimeter size but it’s perfect not too low to the ground. I was unable to use WayFair assembly service (due to no fault of theirs), so I hired someone to build it. They noted that certain measurements were “slightly off” making assembly more difficult.
