Love the look of this bed. Took a chance bc there were no reviews. The bed delivered in about 5 days. The packing wasn’t the best, but everything was intact and undamaged inside the box. Quality is fair, not exceptional. Upholstery is only on the outside of the bed, not behind the headboard, footboard or rails. Bed is assembled with bolts that are visible on the footboard which I don’t like. The fabric is linen and on the lighter side, not yellowish or grey. Hammered features are a nice contrast to the conventional upholstered bed design. Bed can be mixed with contemporary furniture or antiquish, like I have. All in all, I’d recommend. This bed is gorgeous. I am used to high end furniture and was very reluctant to purchase. I am in love. Also important to note, it has worked with my pricy adjustable bed, even though it might not be intended for that. The fabric is beautiful and high end with dimension and interest. It has variety to the threading so can pull in multiple directions to match linens or paint etc. Also, the fabric texture will avoid stains and marks due to its variety and composition. This is a gorgeous well made bed I purchased for my master bedroom. It is very high and wide so I suggest measuring before purchasing; also it is extremely heavy so I added Wayfair assembly. The color is a soft dove gray with some dimension/texture as you would expect for wood variation, I wouldn’t say it is distressed. I believe it is composite wood and not solid wood. I really love the fabric center panel which has a silky soft feel. The only drawbacks are that the head panel outline isn’t a gold/brass color but just textured wood and that the frame is soft and is easy to ding if you bump or drop anything on it. First time online bed buyer and super happy with my purchase! In the midst of a bedroom remodel. Got king size in natural, arrived next day, no damage, had all parts, didn't take too long for two people to put together - appx 30 min; however, I think the spacers weren't the correct size because we ended up with two slats that weren't accounted for at the end, but we just respaced slightly and it was fine. I really appreciated the velcro for the slats so they don't move around when spacing - someone thought that through! You will also need a drill to screw in the slats. Headboard and footboard are not completely solid, but sturdy and the height is good for us. Also, purchased the Stearns and Foster Lux Estate Mattress and it fit perfectly. This bed frame is absolutely gorgeous! It is heavy duty, high quality, and will last for years to come. It does require a boxspring. We ordered a 5” one because we have a 12” mattress. The headboard is a soft beige material with a good amount of padding to rest your back and be comfortable. The wood is a taupe wood with light texture and has rope accents to add an organic element.
